Spa, clean room, Rennes is a lovely city and relatively cheap compared to a lot of France
No kettle for tea or coffee, pool was small and quite cold, ie keep moving.

Beautiful hotel, location magnificent helpful on finding us a bus to the airport, pleasantly surprised by friendly staff and quiet atmosphere. A safe, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room and the comfortable bed. Location just next door to unique and quaint restaurants and shopping and a suburb and Rennes for a wedding. Lots of food options within walking distance of the venue.

The rooms were so cool and comfy, perfect for crashing after a big night out. And we had a blast at Saint Jacques Golf Club, just a short drive away. It was epic swinging those clubs and showing off our skills on the fairway!
Only thing that would've made our stay even better is if they had a sick party room with a DJ and some banging tunes. We wanted to turn up and have a proper party, you know?

generally very friendly staff. parking fee in the parking garage was waived. the breakfast was reduced for the reasons mentioned below. we got an upgrade to a very nice room. coffee machine of good quality in the room was very nice. large balcony. friendly cat in the foyer.
Breakfast had to be partly asked when one sat there, that is rather standard. Door card was defective every other day and had to be replaced. In the lobby business conferences took place constantly, until late in the evening until about 21:30, became a little loud once. So the lobby was not usable for guests. Small pool is located directly behind the registration, sauna too expensive, only something for passionate private saunas. Supposedly eco-friendly, still we changed towels every day, even though we tried to hang them "right" so that they would not be changed.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave and was impressed with the conference facilities provided. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and the internet access in public areas was reliable. It made conducting business meetings and staying connected easy.
The only service I missed for work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a printer and other office equipment on-site.

Nothing could have been better.

A beautiful hotel. Fine garden, in the summer probably be more comfortable at the hotel. The food was good. Spa was good. The staff was friendly.
Location a bit remote. Somewhat far from the center. I did not understand why the hotel did not have a permanent Internet connection, but you had to retrieve passwords every hour from reception.

Convenient location, secure parking, distinct character, clean and quiet rooms, beautiful courtyard garden, fine restaurant.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The location and promise of a 4 star hotel plus a michelin star restaurant.
As it is marketed as an "eco hotel" you get limited supplies - no shower gel, no shampoo, small tv etc. I understand the concept of "eco hotels" but frankly it feels a little foolish to pay for a 4 star hotel and have the little luxuries that you expect being absent!

A historic small hotel in the north central part of Rennes about 1 km from the fashionable Place du Lices area, with a spa and 'designer' hotel linked across a garden courtyard. There is a Michelin listed restaurant in the old part of the hotel. The reception is in the new part so it doesn't feel like an annexe. We were upgraded from a traditional room to one in the new hotel without asking and at no cost. The room was beautifully designed and decorated, clean and eco friendly, the breakfast luxurious. Although the hotel was not quite as central as we had envisaged this had the advantage of it being quiet. We would have liked to have sampled the restaurant, but we felt we needed to be right in the heart of Rennes for the limited time we had in the city and ended up eating in one of the historic squares.
